Welcome to ProWebChat, AI YOU™, AI YOU OS™, and The AI Version of YOU™ (collectively, the "Services"), products and services owned and operated by Ground Zero Intelligence LLC ("Ground Zero Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any of our websites, software, applications, APIs, AI profile pages, widgets, or related Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ground Zero Intelligence LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

Ground Zero Intelligence provides AI-powered software platforms including ProWebChat, AI YOU™, AI YOU OS™, public AI profile pages, embeddable AI widgets, AI training tools, lead generation features, analytics, APIs, and related services.
AI YOU™ allows users to create personalized AI-powered digital identities using information they provide, including documents, websites, knowledge bases, and custom content. AI-generated responses are created dynamically using artificial intelligence and may vary between conversations.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws when using the Services.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and promptly update your account when necessary.
Ground Zero Intelligence reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
6. AI Training Content & User Content
You retain ownership of all documents, files, websites, text, images, and other content you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you represent that you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
You grant Ground Zero Intelligence a limited license to process, store, index, and use your User Content solely for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services you request.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of third parties.
7. Public AI Profiles
AI YOU™ allows users to publish public AI profile pages. Any information you intentionally publish—including biographies, branding, social media links, welcome messages, suggested questions, business information, and similar content—may be publicly accessible and indexed by search engines. You are solely responsible for all publicly published content.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Violate any law or regulation
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to any systems
• Circumvent platform security or rate limits
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the Services to create unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or misleading AI content
• Interfere with the operation of the Services
9. Subscription Plans, Billing & Payments
Certain Services require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal through your account or customer billing portal.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any authorized upgrades or additional services.
If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features until your account is brought current.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins.
Promotional pricing, Founding Member pricing, free trials, promotional credits, coupon codes, or special offers may be modified or discontinued at any time unless expressly stated otherwise.
Monthly AI token allowances, usage limits, storage limits, upload limits, and available features may vary by subscription plan and are subject to reasonable platform changes intended to improve the Services.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, databases, website design, graphics, interfaces, AI YOU OS™, ProWebChat®, AI YOU™, The AI Version of YOU™, trademarks, logos, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Ground Zero Intelligence LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing contained within the Services transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
11. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
Artificial intelligence generates responses probabilistically. AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or incorrect information.
The Services do not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, real estate, accounting, or other professional advice. Users should independently verify important information before relying upon AI-generated responses.
Ground Zero Intelligence makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, including payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, and communication services. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ground Zero Intelligence LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services, including reliance upon AI-generated responses.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ground Zero Intelligence LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your AI profile, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, fail to maintain payment obligations, or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
